Zinc Glycinate Powder
Zinc is useful for a variety of reasons, including maintenance of the digestive, immune and reproductive systems. It also carries out many other important tasks such as cell reproduction, hormonal balance, the absorption of other vitamins and minerals and the synthesis of proteins.
When combined with glycine, an amino acid which helps topical absorption, zinc is a common ingredient in skincare products. Zinc glycinate may boost production of collagen and elastin and also have skin whitening benefits.
