As a dietary supplement, take 150 mg three times per day, or as directed by physician. Individual uses vary.


Serving Size & Timing

As a dietary supplement, take 150 mg up to three times per day. Do not exceed 450 mg under any circumstances. Use an accurate milligram scale to measure.


This supplement contains no artificial additives.


As long as suggested serving sizes are adhered to, this product is considered safe. However, taking too much Zinc can have an adverse effect on the body’s ability to absorb copper and iron. It is recommended that you supplement iron and copper as well, with an emphasis on the copper, if you are taking more than 50mg of pure Zinc per day.

Taking too much Zinc may also harm the immune system and even affect the body’s absorption of prescription drugs. This is why suggested serving sizes should always be followed.


This supplement is only partially soluble in water and will have a cloudy texture when mixed. However, it is perfectly safe to do so and may be mixed with water or juice and then consumed. The supplement has a slightly sour taste to it, so it may be best to mix with a sweet juice. It should be stored in an area that is free from light, heat and moisture.
