So the picture on the site shows milligrams in the serving size where the appropriate dosage should be in micrograms (which is indicated as the daily value) 1 mcg = 1000 mg do not take 9 mg that’s about 100 times more than you should take every day and puts you at risk for blood clots and vitamin deficiencies in a e and d as they share the same pathways for absorption ❤️
