3Soy isoflavones are polyphenols found primarily in legumes and beans. Soy isoflavones are derived from soy beans. Isoflavones, also known as phytoestrogens, can be found in plants, such as soy, and can mimic estrogen in the human body.
Soy isoflavone may interact with estrogen receptors in the brain to aid cognition. It may also support the heart and cardiovascular function, promote sexual health in women, and help fortify the bones.
