NAC specifically is one of the many wonders that you can achieve for yourself when you decide to go pill or tablet-less. Only small disappointment I've ever had was the Organic Stevia powder (without seeing a picture of the internal product I thought it was white organic extract and taste-neutral powder.. Instead it was just ground desiccated organic green leaves..) - Aside from that they are my supplement company of absolute choice..!!!

Prior to using NAC my health was very poor and heading for pure disaster. My blood oxygen was low, I had breathing issues COPD related and Asthma, skin issues, weakness, fatigue and I felt like the walking dead. I noticed a huge improvement just days after starting NAC. My breathing and oxygen levels improved, far less congestion, was suddenly able to walk further, skin improved greatly, feel as though my circulation has improved somehow… The NAC smells of sulphur and tastes like sulphur sour candies but if you force yourself to drink it mixed into water a few times, you will get use to it.
