Serving Size & Timing

It is suggested that Manganese Gluconate be taken in servings of 100mg per day. Since the FDA recommends that only 2mg of elemental Manganese be taken per day, a serving of 100mg with only 11% of it being Manganese will come out to a total of 11mg of Manganese per day.

It is important to remember that at high enough levels, Manganese Gluconate is considered toxic. Therefore, it is best to use caution when taking this supplement. It should not be measured out with measuring spoons, but with an accurate milligram scale.
