Benefits
Reduces Inflammation: Hops extract powder contains compounds called humulones and lupulones, which have anti-inflammatory properties. These compounds can help to reduce inflammation in the body.
Promotes Relaxation: Hops extract powder is commonly used in herbal remedies for its calming and sedative effects. It can help to promote relaxation and improve sleep quality, making it a popular natural remedy for those struggling with anxiety.
Supports Digestive Health: The bitter acids found in hops extract powder have been shown to stimulate the production of gastric juices, aiding in digestion and improving overall digestive health. Additionally, hops extract has been traditionally used to relieve symptoms of indigestion and upset stomach.
Contains Antioxidants: Hops are rich in antioxidants such as flavonoids and phenolic compounds, which can help protect cells from damage caused by free radicals.
How to Use
Elevate Your Morning Brew: Do you love coffee, but find it a bit too acidic for your taste buds? A pinch of hops extract powder can mellow out the tang while adding a unique layer of flavor. It's a game changer for those who like to experiment with their morning cup of joe.
Hops-Infused Desserts: Move over regular vanilla, there's a new flavor in town. Hops extract powder can bring a bitter-sweet, floral note to custards, ice creams, and even baked goods. Think hop-flavored crème brûlée or a refreshing hop lemonade sorbet.
Infusing Oils and Vinegars: For those who enjoy infusing their own oils and vinegars, hops extract powder is a unique addition. A hop-infused olive oil can be drizzled over salads or used for light sautéing, while a hop-infused vinegar offers an alternative to the usual suspects in vinaigrettes.
Homemade Condiments: Homemade ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise are ideal canvases for the addition of hops extract powder. They offer a unique spin on your favorite condiments, especially when preparing dishes for those who prefer a non-alcoholic but hoppy kick.

Review
I was pleased with the customer service representative on the phone. Key is taking care especially loyal customers. That will keep me buying there products.
Hops, bitter but not aromatic
The taste of the hops extract is as expected, but the characteristic aroma of fresh hops is completely missing. Disappointing.
IT IS HARD TO TELL HOW EFFECTIVE THIS PRODUCT IS
I DID FEEL AN OVERALL "DROWSINESS" AFTER ABOUT SIX HOURS. IT IS HARD TO KNOW EXACTLY HOW MUCH TO TAKE AND WHEN TO TAKE IT !
deep, restful sleep
Have been using hops extract for sleep for perhaps eight months. It takes a lot of mixing even in hot-ish water, but it is what it is-- if it were highly processed they could make it soluble. Don't think that would be a net positive. The taste is herbal, but not awful. I take my other meds with the tea-like drink. It's worth it. Without feeling drugged, I somehow end up in a deep, restful sleep. Cf, I'm 165lb man taking a dose of one full tsp, about 4x the dose recommended on the package. Review the Certificate of Analysis (COA) offered by Bulk Supplements, especially for lead content (at that dose, my daily intake is 50x below the max guidance from the CDC). I've struggled with debilitating insomnia for years, so I'm willing to expose myself to this level of lead in exchange for functioning well during the day. I should also say that this is only part of a cocktail that includes Valerian root, Melatonin, Acetominiphen, Iron, Vit. C, and a couple of neurologist-prescribed meds for night time.
