Hemp protein
Great product and company
It’s hemp protien.
I like that it has no additives so you have control over your mix. That being said, we all know what hemp protein tastes like…. Awful. That’s just how it is. But you might need it due to allergies, lifestyle adjustments, or personal philosophies. So here’s how you can make it taste good: make oatmeal, add your hemp powder. Flavor it with almond extract, clove powder, lemon peel, and maple syrup. If you’re adventurous, add anise seed to that mix. Everything in small quantities, building up until it tastes right to you. Enjoy!
I enjoy it
It is a good protein source with a mild flavor. Slightly gritty feeling in the mouth but one gets used to the texture. I enjoy it more than rice protein as far the ability to drink it on its own and so it seems to be the best option in my opinion for a vegan/vegetarian diet. Yum!

Blend with Pea Protein for a better Amino Acid profile
Hemp protein (IMO) does not taste great but blended into a protein shake it's tolerable. I include Hemp protein in my diet because it's higher in the essential amino acid Methionine than other plant based protein sources. I mix hemp protein with pea protein to improve the amino acid profile. If you are consuming only plant based proteins it is important to know the amino acid profile of your diet and make sure you are getting all 9 essential amino acids in reasonable balance. Protein from hemp seeds can help balance out protein from legumes and other plant based sources.

It's not delicious by itself, but it is what it is.
