Can't go wrong

I have been buying from "Bulk Supplements" for years. I even wear their T-shirt to the gym...because at my advanced age I'm serious about good health. I feel the benefits from the supplements I take, and my limited income does, too. I store a small amount in little plastic containers lined up in a cute line on my counter, and store the rest in the sealed bag in the refrigerator to protect the antioxidants.

GCB found to prevent blindness

A study found that green coffee bean prevents blindness which in itself I thought made GCB worth taking. GCB gives me energy and alertness, but mornings I have only been able to take 1/4 level measuring tsp daily without getting a headache. I prefer the plain GCB powder to GCB extracts which all seemed too stimulating. I did notice a more vivid blue sky and brighter white clouds when taking the GCB extract, so apparently the GCB polyphenols support the retina and macula. As an aside, someone experienced in having always taken green supplements got a great score on their blue light macula test, which they attributed to taking one tablet of Pines brand alfalfa daily, so I plan to start taking alfalfa as well for my macula/retina.

Love this product PWO

I love the green coffee powder with my PWO protein bowl. It’s great as a Glucose Disposing Agent with the natural caffeine and chlorogenic acid content (not sure the %). I mix 1 tsp with some cinnamon, honey, 1/2 can of pumpkin, 50g protein powder and 1 sliced banana. It mixes easily and tastes great! Plus you can’t beat the price from bulksupplements.

I mix this in with my morning coffee

Green coffee bean extract doesn't have a lot of conclusive evidence that it really helps in fat loss, but I've been noticing a quicker slimming down of my torso midsection. I mix 400 mg in with coffee before and after my workout in the morning (800 mg total per day). Even if it doesn't do a lot for burning fat, there are a lot of health benefits to the antioxidants in GCBE. I recommend this for people looking to add a little extra nutrition and potential fat burning potential into their life.
