Flaxseed Oil (1000mg) Softgels
What is Flaxseed Oil?
Flaxseed Oil (Linum usitatissimum), also known as raw linseed oil, is derived from small, tan-colored seeds called flaxseeds that are loaded with minerals and omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3s are a type of polyunsaturated fatty acid that your body doesn’t naturally produce on its own. Flaxseed has an earthy-nutty flavor that complements a lot of sweet and savory foods. Now an emerging superfood, its name means “the most useful” due to its many uses. It is commonly used as a vegetable alternative to fish oil.
Flaxseed oil is loaded with health-boosting properties and rich in protein and vitamins & minerals. Most importantly, flaxseed is loaded with omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants. It supports the cardiovascular system and promotes healthy skin & hair. Flaxseed may also help support healthy mood and contributes to an overall sense of well-being.
