Ferrous Gluconate Powder
What is Ferrous Gluconate?
Iron is a heavy metal that is also an essential nutrient required for proper bodily function. Iron is not produced by the body and must be taken in through the diet. Ferrous Gluconate is a slower absorbing form of iron that may help reduce stomach upset caused by taking other forms of iron. This greenish-yellow powder is often taken to help against iron deficiency.
Ferrous gluconate may help against iron deficiency and could help fight fatigue, boost focus, improve mood, boost athletic performance, and support the immune system in people who are deficient in iron.
