My experience with using this corydalis is not favorable in that my wife and I use corydalis for two purposes: pain relief and sleep enhancement. In both instances, this batch was ineffective regardless of the amt taken by either of us (I use 000 capsules and had ingested 4-5 a night without desired results over the course of a few nights although it did act as a dietetic at that level so I was kept awake most of the night for that purpose...opposite of my intentions). No worries; It happens and it has happened previously with other suppliers. I will not re-order this item.
