The Chastetree Berry extract is believed to treat the symptoms of pre-menstrual cycle or PMS. Clinical tests show that the berry contains the beneficial chemicals Alkaloids, Deterpinoids, Flavonoids, and Vitexin; substances whose activities are mainly on the pituitary glands, especially in the release of ovarian hormones that influence the menstrual cycle, fertility, lactation and other factors of reproduction.
