Benefits
Muscle protein synthesis: Casein protein provides a sustained release of amino acids, which can support muscle protein synthesis over an extended period, making it beneficial for muscle recovery and growth.
Satiety and weight management: Due to its slow digestion, casein protein can help promote feelings of fullness and satiety, which may aid in appetite control and weight management.
Overnight muscle recovery: Consuming casein protein before bedtime can provide a steady supply of amino acids during sleep, supporting overnight muscle recovery and repair.
Bone health: Casein protein is a good source of calcium, which is essential for bone health and may contribute to overall bone density.
Prolonged energy release: The slow digestion of casein protein can provide a sustained release of energy, making it a suitable option for individuals looking for longer-lasting fuel during periods of fasting or between meals.
Reduced muscle breakdown: Casein protein may help reduce muscle breakdown, especially during periods of fasting or between meals, thereby preserving muscle mass.
How to Use
Protein Iced Coffee: For those who need a little caffeine with their protein, adding casein to your iced coffee does just the trick. It’s a satisfying and refreshing drink that gives you a double dose of caffeine and helps you hit your protein intake goals.
Protein Pudding: Craving something sweet and creamy? Stir casein into a mixture of Greek yogurt and your choice of milk, then chill for a snack that's packed with protein and can double as a guilt-free dessert. Top with granola or sliced banana for some added texture.
Overnight Casein Protein Oats: Transform a simple breakfast into a protein-packed start to your day with a twist of casein. Mix a serving of your favorite flavor into a jar of overnight oats with milk or a milk replacement, along with fruit and nuts of your choice, leaving you with a creamy, nutrient-rich breakfast that's ready to go when you wake up.
Bedtime Protein Shake: Casein protein powder is slow-digesting, making it an excellent choice for a bedtime snack. Mix a scoop with milk, water, or a non-dairy milk substitute for a creamy shake that will repair and rebuild your muscles as you sleep. You can add some nut butter for healthy fats and flavor, but keep the sugar content low to avoid sudden energy spikes.
Baked Goods Booster: Give your cookies, muffins, and bars a nutritional boost by adding a scoop of casein protein powder to the batter. Not only does this increase the protein content, but it also lends a soft, chewy texture to baked goods, especially when using vanilla-flavored powder.

Clean protein
Clean protein that doesn’t trigger my IBS
Good clean protein
Good clean protein for making smoothies. It works great with virtually no taste of its own to mess with your smoothie flavors.
Great product
Overall, great casein protein. It is slow release and it’s pure. The one hang up I got is the same with a lot of bulk supplement stuff and that is you can’t take it mixed with water. It’s not going to dissolve well enough and you’ll need two fills of water. With that being said, mixing this in a smoothie is an absolutely wonderful alternative and I’ve not had an issue with it mixing in smoothies. If it mixed better, I’d give it five stars cause it’s a great product.
Just Purchased but Good Experience So Far
Seems like quality items and quick shipment.
Helps Me Go To The Bathroom Easily Right After Drinking
I have struggled for 40 years to go to the bathroom without taking a ton of Magnesium everyday. What I notice every single time I drink this in my coffee in the morning with some farm fresh milk, is that I go almost instantly with no need for Magnesium. I'm going to try taking this at night a couple hours before bed with a full glass of farm milk to see if it will help me fall asleep and stay asleep without startling awake constantly. I haven't been able to fall asleep or stay asleep for 6 years now (I'm 52 yr old female). I startle awake constantly which keeps me from getting a good night's sleep. I will update or write another review later to let others know if this helps with falling or staying asleep. I have tried Whey Protein, Egg Protein, Pea Protein and none of them help me like the Casein Protein Powder. I have to assume that it is the high amount of Calcium that helps me go to the bathroom easily. I'm so thankful to be able to buy an unadulterated Protein Powder that has no fillers or sweetener, especially the gross fake sweetener like stevia or monk fruit that is in every other type of protein powder on the market. Packaging: I like that it comes in a faraday bag. I know that the zipper fails on most of the BS supps I buy, so I just purchase a box of binder clips in the office section at the store and solves the closure problem.
