It clumps too much and doesn’t want to dissolve in water and it’s quiet honestly the worst tasting protein I’ve ever used and that’s with artificial sweeteners I’ve added to try to improve it’s taste. Don’t make the same mistake I did and waste your money on this.

I simply assume that product is as advertised, and it works for me. The best point for me is the minimal plastic bag packaging; I don't have to worry about recycling (and paying for) plastic tubs.

Good overall! The texture is very powdery and dissolves well even in a thin liquid. The taste is very mild and doesn't come through much when you mix it in other things. I like it in smoothies and oatmeal, I haven't tried baking with it yet but I think it would work well. Very happy, only wish it came with a scoop to measure out a serving size.
