Es la segunda vez que compro este producto.. ya lo probé hace tiempo por más de un mes . Excelente para quitar dolores del cuerpo y de las articulaciones. También excelente para cabellos y uñas fuertes . Mi única queja es que el Polvo puede enfurecer al dejarse en contacto con el aire . Debes guardar muy bien sellado en frasco hermético

Silica absorbs 500x its weight in water, which keeps your skin plump. Bamboo is 90% silica. I make it into capsules - get a capsule filler and empty capsules on Amazon. One capsule a day. I have great skin, but I still noticed an improvement within days of taking one capsule a day. Weeks later I am certain this is permanent addition to my daily supplements. Skin feels soft and strong. you want to look younger and strengthen your skin? This is definitely part of the solution.

This product used to be white and tasteless not anymore,I don’t use it anymore but my husband does and it does help bring up lung mucus.
