I high dose this in OO capsules 2-3 times a day. Makes me feel good.

This pure form does not work as well as the capsules I bought from a different company. It is also bad tasting and does not dissolve in water. Hard to bring with you to use 30 min. before a meal. Doesn't seem to have any effect on my blood sugar. The capsules I was taking worked much better.

I'd never do that surgery again! It creates too many life-long issues unless close attention is paid to what I put in my body. And, I'm most careful and actually studying to become a Nutritional Therapist. Yet, my hair falling out showed I was deficient in some areas. BACK TO MY TESTIMONY ABOUT MY HAIR: My white hair (I'll be 81 this summer) commenced falling out in clumps in January. I'd run a brush through my hair and the brush would be literally clogged with hair. My couch became covered with hair. My floors had hair strands everywhere. What a mess!
