I have to be very careful which supplements I take as I often react to the fillers and coatings in them. I'm able to take these supplements without any negative reaction and that is very rare - I am now a customer for life. Also, this bag of B2 will probably last me for the rest of my life (which is a great bonus!).

The item does not have a unit of measurement that is easy to understand. It states that there are 50mg per serving. How do I measure that? Serving size of what? Per teaspoon? Per half teaspoon? I had to google how to measure that out of the bag. This product needs to be put into gel capsules. I tried adding it to water, it was horrible. It would be helpful to have some instructions for use either, on the bag or on the website. Otherwise, I made do. I added it to water with lemon juice and that helped a bit.
