This stuff is terrible Just used a 1/2 teaspoon in cherry juice for a before bed drink and had to dump it down the sink. I was hoping that this would be a replacement for Calm but I was wrong

I just decided to switch brands of Magnesium Glycinate from what I normally buy at my local store to Bulk Supplements. My old Brand was made of Magnesium Glycinate and Bulk Supplements brand is only labeled Magnesium Glycinate. The ingredients listed on the bottle said "Magnesium Glycinate and Magnesium Oxide". Really? How much Magnesium Oxide vs Magnesium Glycinate? The bioavailability of Magnesium Oxide is rated "poor" so this is why I ordered Magnesium Glycinate. Nowhere in your advertising of this product does it say anything about Magnesium Oxide. Did I just buy 98% Magnesium Oxide and 2% Magnesium Glycinate? Who knows! The advertised label on your product says (95% as Magnesium Glycinate) but the back of the bottle says 95% as Magnesium Glycinate AND Magnesium Oxide

I've been taking Magnesium Glycinate supplements for several months now and noticed a huge difference in my overall wellbeing. I was having difficulty finding the brand that I had been using, so I ordered this. It did not work. My brain fog got so bad that I could hardly function. I decided to go back to the brand that had worked for me and, after only one dose, I feel so much better. Guess I'll stick with that. Shipping was fast, so that's why I rated this two stars.
CanadaHas a shellfish taste
I bought this product to make homade electrolyte drink packs. It has the distinct taste of shellfish. I would not buy this product if you intend to mix it with water, etc. Does not matter how much lemon or lime powder I mix the shellfish taste is really strong. It's probably fine if you are making your own pills, otherwise - hope you like seafood.

I take this and your potassium powder in a glass of water every day. I have tried other products and just didn't get the same results. It doesn't taste great but the results are worth it!
