Hi, really too soon to give a verdict on this. Ask me again in 3 months. Hoping to sing its praises. Product arrived ok. The self sealing bag tore a little raggedly when I opened the contents. Hasn't sealed properly since but no real harm done. Had a fair amount of difficulty gauging 150mg though. Settled in the end for 1/8 tsp measure split 3 ways. Near as i could get and a tad messy. A precise measuring cup would make things easier. Taste of product was awful, sour and bitter. That was a surprise. Diluted it with fruit cordial and water. Can see how capsules make dosing easier. Anyway, I'm open to advice on my methodology and will box on. Looking forward to the bennefits of the product. I think above all, the biggest problem for me is the absence of a measuring cup. And that vile taste. (Spoonful of sugar). Cheers - Kevin

I ordered to see if it would help with worsening pain in my toes due to neuropathy. I am taking 1/64th spoonful twice daily mixed in a half cup of water and have noticed a drastic improvement after only 2 days of use! I found the set of 5 measuring spoons on Amazon...range of 1/64 to 3/16 teaspoon. I love Bulk Supplement and delivery is super fast.
