Helped with gastritis
Added this supplement to my routine to help with gastritis. I was on PPIs twice daily and STILL had symptoms. Managing well without PPIs with the combination of beta glucan and carnosine. Taking a bit of each at regular intervals during the day. Hope it helps anyone else out there with chronic gastritis...

I have been using this for about 8 months now. Much better price that the tablet form. I mix 2-3 grams in water and drink it down on an empty stomach when I get up in the morning. Not the best tasting but l can live with that.
