Customer Reviews

Good powder, needs better packaging
Compared to pea, soy is less dusty and thus cleaner to work with. It won't make a dust cloud when handling. The taste is neutral which I like.

However, the bag does not close or seal for me. Please consider using ziplock or Hefty slider style openings.*

Excellent Quality Soy Protein
I have tried several pure soy protein powders. This one is very nice. It has a very fine texture and is reasonably priced compared to others. This is very close to pure protein. I make a shake out of it by adding water, vitamin D, flax oil, calcium citrate powder, and a small amount of taurine. It tastes best chilled. I put it in a shaker bottle because the ingredients will fall to the bottom. Then you just shake it and drink! I also put the soy powder in empty large capsules, and if I get hungry, I take a couple of capsules and then I don't eat between meals.*

If you love soy plant based protein this is for you
Do read the label for serving them out because it is not like the regular way protein it will taste extremely bad if you do 3 tablespoons of this product for one shaker cup very thick and I will say very dank I'm sure it works fantastic but not a product that I was looking for as usual no real taste just very hard to swallow great if you are not looking to build muscle I would say maybe if you're vegan or vegetarian who needs protein in their life sounds great But I think I'll stick to the clean whey *

As expected
I ordered the wrong protein, i was going to get whey but got soy instead. It tastes like soy and is a bit thicker/grainier than i planned for. It disperses very well in room temp water. Do not use cold liquids to disperse. Banana easily masks any taste from the soy if you want to cover it up. I usually mix in water then add milk and any other fruits.*
