Not the size I needed

These are excellent capsules. Unfortunately, they have been out of stock of most sizes for a few years now. It needs to be restocked really badly. For whatever reason, these are the only capsules that I can tolerate with my severe allergies. I stocked up a lot in 2021, but now I had to buy size 3 capsules instead of sizes 1 and 0.

00 Capsule machine

I really like BS products! Been using them for some time with much success. The capsule machine was very confusing. The capsules are sized differently than the machine! So just call and ask what goes with what. I ordered, after looking and pondering over which size goes with what machine for some time. I picked the wrong one. It wasn't worth sending back. So, I ordered some more capsules that will fit and just hand fill the ones that don't. I was frustrated though that it wasn't more clear. I suggest, if you are not familiar with capsules and the machine, call customer service to get the right one and save yourself the disappointment.
