Excellent product
This pumpkin seed powder is very tasty and easy to consume in a smoothy or in cottage cheese. It has a nutty, earthy flavor that is very pleasant. Combined with other powdered herbs from Bulk Supplements, it is energizing. Very happy to have such a clean and healthy product.*

Pumpkin seed extract
This product is a must have for kidney or bladder issues. I had trouble being up all through the night going to the bathroom. I started using this product and after the 4th serving I can sleep through the night and the fullness is gone. I ordered from bulk supplements because of the quality of everything I have ever bought from them.*

Another Solid Product!
Got this product in a timely manner. When I added the powder to water it mixed well and even tasted good (like unsweetened Lipton Ice Tea). I might even use this powder to make a health summer beverage and call it Ice Tea to fool my non-health-nut friends, haha. I highly recommend this product in addition to all its health benefits.*

Pumpkin seed extract
I drink this supplement in my blender bottle with water. It mixes well, doesn't stick to my measuring spoon, doesn't cause any mess, and tastes good. It may be helping me sleep better also. Thank you Bulk Supplements!*

Pumpkin Seed Extract
I used to make a homemade granola with pumpkin seeds in it, and I haven't been making that up as frequently, but when I saw this extract I really wanted to have some to add to my smoothies.

Pumpkin seeds have lots of health benefits, and I do put 1/4 tsp of this in my smoothie daily. I can't comment on the taste, because it is blended in with other flavors. But, I think this is a wonderful way to get the pumpkin seeds and its benefits into the body.

I read that it helps with overactive bladder and I do think it might be helping.*
