Melatonin is essential at my age. There is no LD 50 for it and I take 30 mg at bedtime and carry 100mg in a small bottle in case of a stroke or heart attack.

Thankful to have found what is hopefully a pure form of melatonin. Only wish that dosing could be included on package other than 3 mg. Contacted the company but was only told to buy a scale. Who is going to pull out a scale to measure the dose every day?
