If you select Taiwan as your country, you will be billed in New Taiwan Dollar. FREE Shipping over $2000 TWD.
Due to fluctuations in exchange rate, orders with a value that is close to the tax-free limit may be assessed Duties & Taxes as the currency exchange rate may vary from the customs clearance date and the order date.
Please check with your local customs office to see if you can import items or additional licenses are required.
Customs Information
We ship your package with the duties and taxes prepaid, so you should not receive a bill for any additional charges on delivery.
Dutiable and taxable order value is determined by the sum of the subtotal and shipping fee. VAT is a standard 5%. Custom duties vary depending on the product. For example, supplements are subject to a duty rate of 30%.
As per government regulation, food and supplement products are required to undergo formal (G1) clearance. Customers will need to provide a copy of their Identification Card and a Letter of Authorization. Failure to submit documentation required by Taiwan Customs might result in the order being declined, delayed, or returned, which may affect BulkSupplements.com's ability to refund your order.
Taiwan Customs may also charge consignees a detention fee after failing to provide required documentation within 15 days of the parcel arriving in Taiwan.
BulkSupplements.com will not be liable for packages held or confiscated by Customs.

For Free, International Economy and International Standard shipping, we use courier services that specialize in delivery and customs clearance to Taiwan from US. Delivery times are fairly quick to Taiwan. 4-10 days. Delivery might take longer in the event of air freight delay, customs hold, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of BulkSupplements.com. In cases where customs processing takes longer than expected, delivery may take up to 6 weeks.
We also offer UPS as an expedited delivery option.
Restrictions
We block products on our website that are prohibited by the Taiwanese Government. Some of the products that are not allowed in Taiwan are products containing poppy seeds and products containing hemp.
