I have ordered from Bulk Supplements many times.
The first time I ordered your Lemon Balm Extract, I was surprised that it was dark brown and I found the taste more coffee like than tea like. It has been that way for a few years. This time, I noticed the difference in appearance and smell as soon as I opened the bag. It is pale and smells more like lemon balm. I can also sense the lemon balm oils in my mouth. There may be an improvement in benefits as the oils are present now. I liked the taste of the old version much more.
