I bought this Red Clover based on something I read in a female hormone balance book. It worked for me - No more horrible hot flashes. I take 1/4 tsp with breakfast and 1/4 tsp with dinner. If I forget to take my 2nd dose for a few days, my hot flashes come back. I just purchased my 2nd bag of it.

Have been taking to help with rosacea / skin breakouts in post menopause & seems to be helping. I mix half teaspoon in with some cinnamon & a little honey for a cup of tea early each night. Pleasant tasting.
Taste isn't horrible and good results!
I was able to get a free sample of the smallest bag of this powder after making a purchase of this company's maca root powder. This tastes much better than the other powder, and I've already noticed an increase in energy, mental clarity, my depression, and my libido. I did have an issue with the bad closing since the powder got into the ziplock portion, but that's nothing that simply putting it in a baggie won't fix. I would highly recommend either product and will definitely be purchasing from this company again.

I love buying these bulk powders from Bulk Supplements. The packaging is very simple minimumlistic white. Which makes it easy to find in my pantry. I want to again say Thank You again to Bulk Supplements for the free sample. With each purchase of one of their powdered supplements, you get a sample for free and it's not a small sample. After you order had been processed they will send you and email for you to pick out a free sample from the products they have in Amazon. Make sure to NOT make the purchase on Amazon. You will go back to the email they sent you and reply back to the company about what you want as the sample. This company has the best quality and quantity for the price. Currently they are the only brand I have purchased powder supplement form. Consistently they offer the most for the price. Now about the Red Clover Extract. It had worked great for my hot flashes. I switched from Black Coash and it had helped much more.
