I had tingling in my hands and feet and my fingers got cold and numb at 70 deg. I looked it up on the internet and it said i was low on Iron, I bought this bulk supplement of ferrous fumarate and took just enough to cover the end of my wet finger and after 4 days the tingling was gone and I was outside at 64 deg and my fingers didn't turn white and get numb so that is proof enough for me to say it works
