Good overall! The texture is very powdery and dissolves well even in a thin liquid. The taste is very mild and doesn't come through much when you mix it in other things. I like it in smoothies and oatmeal, I haven't tried baking with it yet but I think it would work well. Very happy, only wish it came with a scoop to measure out a serving size.
