Using tip of a knife every morning with my collagen and other joint support supplements, is very inexpensive that way in comparison to buying tabs or other forms of vitamin C, also convenient to sprinkle on cut fruit to keep color. If too acidic to use straight can easily dissolve in any water based fluid such as juice! Have been very pleased with the product.
