I bought this Red Clover based on something I read in a female hormone balance book. It worked for me - No more horrible hot flashes. I take 1/4 tsp with breakfast and 1/4 tsp with dinner. If I forget to take my 2nd dose for a few days, my hot flashes come back. I just purchased my 2nd bag of it.

Have been taking to help with rosacea / skin breakouts in post menopause & seems to be helping. I mix half teaspoon in with some cinnamon & a little honey for a cup of tea early each night. Pleasant tasting.
Taste isn't horrible and good results!
I was able to get a free sample of the smallest bag of this powder after making a purchase of this company's maca root powder. This tastes much better than the other powder, and I've already noticed an increase in energy, mental clarity, my depression, and my libido. I did have an issue with the bad closing since the powder got into the ziplock portion, but that's nothing that simply putting it in a baggie won't fix. I would highly recommend either product and will definitely be purchasing from this company again.
