This supplement is, in my opinion, well worth it since it helps to boost stem cell production within the body along with the help of pterostilbene. I do not know the specific science behind this, but I can say that I found this to be one of the cheapest ways to buy this supplement around. Recently I found some in capsule form from Vitacost that somewhat competes with this price so it is possible to switch without having to go through the capsuling process. Still this is the cheapest since competition involves all aspects of capsulation and costs. Do you want to do it or not? That is the final question so you make your choice and understand why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Sorry guys.
