Arrived on time and as advertised. That is excellent. Just starting second day. Will report back in 6-8 weeks ( nail growth, restoration at biking intervals done over anaerobic threshold, body wt., fat percent, appearance, sleep depth and # awakenings, sleep restoration, acute memory responses etc) Thank you. Uncertain to dose at bedtime and also pre or post exercise. Post appears to be consistent with let exercise begin response and follow with AAKG boost?

The ziplock on these bags are essentially useless. Any idea of keeping product fresh in these bags or to keep the product from spilling out is a joke. Of course they want your product to spill out or go stale, so you can buy more!

I am a 67 yo [real] female, who has worked out since the age of 17 at 4:30AM 5days a week/2 hrs each. I have used AAKG for 5-6 years. I ran out, and didn't reorder during major house renovations. WHAT A DIFFERENCE, once I got back to reordering. AAKG will change your workout forever. Even if tired, I am energized, and max-out every set with energy to spare. On top of that I do over 100 pullups weekly, over 3 days. I also take other supplements but I noticed a vast improvment with AAKG.

I like the product and the packaging. What I do not like is when the package got to my house it was very hot as if it had been sitting in a very hot truck for a while. That has to affect the potency of the product.
