There are several items that will help with your skin - omega 3, collagen, iodine (with selenium). But the fact that silica content in your skin decreases as you age is overlooked. Silica absorbs 500x its weight in water, which keeps your skin plump. Bamboo is 90% silica. I make it into capsules - get a capsule filler and empty capsules on Amazon. One capsule a day. I have great skin, but I still noticed an improvement within days of taking one capsule a day. Weeks later I am certain this is permanent addition to my daily supplements. Skin feels soft and strong. you want to look younger and strengthen your skin? This is definitely part of the solution.

This product used to be white and tasteless not anymore,I don’t use it anymore but my husband does and it does help bring up lung mucus.

Hair, teaching and feeding my hair follicles... added to my morning coffee mix, and it gives it the silicate necessary for hair, nails, and new cell growth... Even my nails are growing (it takes a few months) longer but yes, stronger!!! that's different!
