I use about 1/4 teaspoon daily of this superfood and am pleased with its supposed benefits. It is a moderately fine, brownish-grey powder that mixes well with liquids. I know it to be high in Vitamin K, in addition to its arsenal of antioxidants. I have already used up my first 500 gm package, and am commenting with my 2nd package. I aim to keep my immune system functioning within normal limits and to reduce damage from chronic inflammation.
