Hawthorn leaf for insomnia and better skin
I've had CFS for over 40 years (high EBV and CMV antibody titers) and have been plagued by insomnia. Hawthorn leaf, combined with hawthorn berry (50/50 by volume) helps me sleep. My complexion also seems brighter. The mixture is tolerable in a smoothie. I depend on BS for the myriad supplements I depend on to keep working my job, and not fall back onto disability.
using for melasma
Hello. This is a great item at a great. I use this topically and it is hard to find the powder anywhere without tons of annoying seeds in it. It has a sweet aroma, shipped fast and great price. Really like it!
