Bulk Supplements sent me a sample. I mixed it with other herbs I add to my pre-workout. I noticed better stamina since I added herbs to my pre-workout. I will buy more.
Good product, great service
This product works as expected, I used it in the morning with my breakfast
interesting antidepressant
So I used this so far for nootropic effect, 1 tsp at a time, seems interesting. more on the NDRI end of things then SNRI or SSRI. I like the effect better, little easier to focus and less cloudy then say St Johns wort, but also less potent then St Johns Wort. For this one taking more is not necessarily better, will give you a headache. Below is study regarding antidepressant effects. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15991001 From reading it looks as some of the other sources of Catuaba are more potent than this one, specifically Erythroxylum vaccinifolium, but I imagine its easier to source the Trichilia catigua used in this extract. Can not speak on the aphrodisiac effects at this time. I use bulk supplements to blend my own pre/postworkout but occasional try the herbs and such available through them.

I ordered this and the 5-htp powder, so I'm not sure which or if they both in combination are working, but I have been plagued by daily headaches and insomnia for years. I have been to several doctors and no one could figure it out. So I thought I'd try different supplements, to see if any would work. Well this is the first time in 10 years I haven't had a headache, so **** ha I'm impressed. I just ordered more. I am sleeping thru the night and I wake up not groggy. So far no side effects.
