I ordered these for 2nd time. Living in Finland they took about 2 weeks to deliver. Postage including taxes were bit high but these are still cheaper option than other stores. There is also review on different astaxanthin supplements them being tested when few had no astaxanthin content (lol) at all these had 13mg of the marketed 12mg. So all good. Compared to california gold these capsules are double the physical size but im poking hole with knife and squirting the stuff to my smoothie anyway. I been using astaxanthin over 5 years and kept couple week break. It definitely gives me energy and less sore body. I exercise a lot and im 41 male.
