So I can't figure out what a gram is. No documentation on package. Only info is that the RDA is 100 mg. Can you help??

Hi Robert, We'd be happy to help you out with the measurement. To measure the 100mg dosage on a milligram scale, you will need to first convert 100mg to grams by dividing the mass value by 1000. I was desperate for some pain relief. My peripheral neuropathy (feet) was so intense again, I do not know what my trigger was but it was very scary to have it happen even when my lifestyle is so clean. By some miracle, I heard Eliot Overton speak on Thiamine through a Carnivore podcast and bought the brand our town had at the store to test it. The result was crazily immediate but I knew the fillers would hit soon so came to Bulk for a cleaner product. I now dose 100 mg every day and feel no weakness or pain.
