While the initial sleep loss was possibly due to cleaner vessels, allowing toxins to be removed and energy producing nutrients to get to my cells, it subsided for some reason soon after the second day of use. Now taking intermittently, I do think it makes me healthier. I say so because of increased energy at daytime.

This seems to be working. Taking with Serrapeptase and things are leveling out. Morning on empty stomach. Night time two hours after final meal. Will be purchasing most all supplements from this vendor. Quality stuff.
