If you are in a humid environment, the powder will get really sticky on the capsule machine and the capsules themselves... and your fingers... but that is because it is a literal fruit, and it is sweet. It does much better in smoothies! I like that there are no additives and that it is a whole-foods way of getting your vitamin C for the day.
