Just began using this to replace Dutasteride. So far so good.

I take many supplements and it took me awhile to titrate/adjust the dose. I only use 1/6th tsp. a day now. If I take more it messes with my hormones. Hear it's good for hair, slowing aging and reducing night time bathroom use. Not sure what really is the truth, but after weeks of taking, my night time bathroom breaks have reduced significantly. Hoping that continues. I like to sleep.
