Very strong effect
I bought it before,years ago and liked it,so I bought it again
No laxative effect
I take magnesium for migraines. The chelated magnesium glycinate I've been taking in tablet form also acts as an effective laxative. I wanted to try this form of magnesium to see if it did the same. So far no laxative effect! I would've given it 5 stars except the only way I can handle the taste of the powder is by making a smoothie, which is extra work. Coffee would probably work, but I can't have any caffeine not even 1%.
