Overall good but because of the inexact measurement using small amounts with 1/16 or 1/8 tsp I will opt for capsules next time

pine bark review

I'm afraid not all that good. I cant find a useage that I can stand the taste of the product. I have tried a similiar product from Puritans pride in capsule form and that product was at least palitable. My order of L-Citriulline and Niacin is used to incorprate into my morning Oats and they both are doing their job but I simply cannot use the Pine Bark.

pinebark extract

Originally purchased this as a helper in the hot flash department but also discovered that it helps with blood flow (as in blood clots) since I recently developed a blood clot from having a cast on for broken foot. I have repurchased pinebark extract since I have found it has been beneficial for all my needs described above
