This Whey Protein Isolate is 90% and is derived from free-range grass-fed cows.

Whey Protein has no reported serious side effects when used correctly. Taking this supplement beyond its recommended dose, however, can cause headache, nausea, stomach cramps, bloating, diarrhea, fatigue and reduced appetite. Whey Protein Isolate contains lactose. Proteins not properly digested and left to ferment in the colon can cause flatulence and can produce unsaturated fatty acids.
