Does what it says

It does improve performance...but if you are getting the powder form--it tastes pretty bad! Not as bad as TUDCA...that stuff is gawd awful! But it (to me at least) as a burnt toast flavor. I don't put it in smoothies or anything like that. Straight from the spoon to the mouth and down the hatch. Performance I can say I do feel stronger with this in my system.
