Extremely displeased with bulk supplements response after buying hundreds of dollars of merchandise from them. This is NOT a powder but rather a mass of foam like lump of un-useable material. I called customer support and they refused to do anything about it saying that it is listed under Warnings as a possibility of it being a lump of foam. They said to chop it up in a food processor so I tried to chop it in my coffee grinder. It was so hard I bent the blade on my coffee grinder so now I have to buy another coffee grinder as well. This product is not fit to put in my body. So I am now out $35 and I need a new coffee grinder. They can and should do better. I would give them 0 stars if I could due to it being totally useless to me.

Finally after trying so many prducts, and herble supplements. This is the one that has brought my blood sugar level in normal range. Alpha lipoic acid along with Berberine I feel so much better. I'm on the road to recovery. I hope this helps someone.
