This is a high quality, fairly inexpensive whey protein. I like it because it isn't flavored, so I can mix it with whatever I want. I'm on a high protein, low calorie diet, so I mix it with a serving of berries and water and it mixes perfectly. Haven't tried it with milk but I'm sure it would mix comparatively well.
