It was lost in transit. Thankfully I was refunded

All the products r good , I really like the no fillers or dyes n ur products, thats a big plus with me , I do alot of outdoor phisical labor , u can feel the energy, Ashwaganda the pre workout, creatine & the turmeric all work together ta give u a good day !

Sent me wrong product.

They sent me the wrong product and wouldn't send me the correct product when I asked them to. They gave me a partial refund but its not enough to order the product I initially wanted. Waste of money and time. I ordered several items to get free shipping. But now If I want to get the right product I will have to pay 15 dollars in shipping to get the product they messed up. Customer having to pay 15 dollars to fix their error is insane.

Ashwaganda extract seems to be OK

I received in good conditions the products. In the future I shall continue to buy different products from bulksupplements

Customer service awful. Still have not received product.

Horrible Horrible customer service. I have asked multiple times via email.. Multiple times via Phone Messages, asking to please contact me personally by phone and not send any more generic emails. I waited to leave review hoping to be able to talk to someone and resolve the situation but I just received another generic email saying “Sorry you couldn’t reach us by phone a we have been extremely busy and then sent another generic email !!!!!! Very frustrating .Horrible Horrible customer service. I have asked multiple times via email.. Multiple times via Phone Messages, asking to please contact me personally by phone and not send any more generic emails. Never arrived

I received the two bags of beet root powder but the bag of ashwaganda root was not in the package.
